The Beach
Beach access is via Marine Drive, just minutes from the house. A permit for the protected Ndasingane Beach is provided and hangs in the kitchen, giving guests access to one of the area’s most serene stretches of coastline – ideal for long walks, swimming and fishing away from the crowds.
Marine Life
Dolphins are a near-daily sight beyond the breakers, most active in the early mornings
Humpback and Southern Right whales migrate along this coastline between June and November – often visible from the deck
Bushbuck are regularly seen in and around the property – please drive slowly through the neighbourhood
Vervet monkeys are occasional visitors – please do not feed them and keep doors and windows closed when out

Mac Nicol’s Caravan Resort – the beloved family-run resort on Bazley Beach’s doorstep, with a convenient on-site shop and bottle store
Pennington Village Mall – OK Foods, pharmacy and off-licence
Scottburgh Mall – Pick ‘n Pay, Woolworths, clothing, pharmacy and a broader range of shops and services
Checkers Scottburgh (please note, we do not get grocery deliveries in Bazley, so you will have to venture to town).
